David Seungwoo Lee — A Korean American filmmaker and storyteller, based in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating from DePaul University in 2023 with a BFA in Film & Television, David has been specializing in set lighting and production for narratives, music videos, commercials, corporate, documentaries, and social media marketing.
Whenever possible, he is tinkering around with industry standard products from brands such as LumenRadio, RatPac Controls, FTS LED, Astera, Creamsource, Nanlite, and Aputure Lighting, while also staying up to date on different RF protocols relating to 2.4GHZ CRMX, 2.4/5/6GHZ WiFi, 2.4/5/6GHZ video transmission (Teradek).
David's main console is Blackout Lighting Console, but he is also versed in Luminair, Sidus Link Pro, and currently in the process of learning ETC EOS.
